Unfinalised Business Activity Statement and Payment Document

It is not possible to print the unfinalised Business Activity Statement for the client with Payment details as one document similar to the paper form. These will need to be downloaded as two separate documents and uploaded to ATOmate as two separate documents.
Here are the steps to print an unfinalised Activity Statement:
Go to the ATO Tax Agent Portal home page.
In the search bar paste the individual client’s name from the IAS Tool and click to search.
Under For Action, click Prepare to view the Business Activity Statement
On the Activity Statement, click Print Friendly Version
Click Print to save as a PDF
Save the PDF and Upload to ATOmate via the Upload Tool for processing
Here are the steps to print the Payment Options Document:
To produce the Payment Options Document, click the Accounts and payments menu and choose Accounts Summary
A Payment Options list will display, click Print Friendly Version
Click Print to save as a PDF
Save the PDF and Upload to ATOmate via the Upload Tool for processing
