Payment Options Document
This guide covers instructions on how to print a client’s payment document.

Instructions
Step | Action |
---|---|
1 | Go to the ATO Tax Agent Portal home page. |
2 | In the search bar paste the individual client’s name from the IAS Tool and click to search. |
3 | Click the Accounts and payments menu and choose Accounts Summary. |
4 | A Payment Options list will display, click Print Friendly Version. |
5 | Click Print to save as a PDF. |
6 | Save the PDF. |
7 | Upload to ATOmate via the Upload Tool for processing. Do not merge this document with the Activity Statement as ATOmate will separate these into two separate documents. If you wish to send them both in one email, archive one document and then attach to the other document in the queue for sending. |
