XPM Correspondence Delivery Method
Overview
When a document arrives in the ATOmate Dashboard for a particular client it may be important to understand what the preferred delivery method of documents for that client should be.
The following process will enable you to setup and manage that preference within XPM which will then facilitate the distribution of documents from the ATOmate Dashboard in the correct manner.
ATOmate Setup
Step | Action |
---|---|
1 | Within the ATOmate Dashboard, navigate to Settings and click on the Xero Practice Manager tab |
2 | Click on the Create Correspondence Delivery Method button

3 | Click YES - this will create a new Custom field in XPM for you to configure
|
Only the practice Super User will be able to complete this part
