Connecting Access PM to ATOmate
Overview
This guide explains how to connect Access Practice Manager to ATOmate. This connection will feed your client data into ATOmate.
Only the Super User can complete the connection.
Step | Action |
---|---|
1 | From the Dashboard, select SETTINGS. |
2 | Select the ACCESS PM tab. |
3 | Click the green Connect to Access PM button.

4 | A new window opens for Salesforce. Enter login credentials and click Log In. |
5 | Successful connection in ATOmate will appear as follows. |
6 | Select whether a Family Group is used when archiving into the Document Management System. |
7 | Select Client Group (Manager or Partner in Access PM). |
8 | Select the DMS Client Identifier to be used when archiving into the Document Management System. |
9 | Click Update to save. |
