Welcome to the ATOmate family! This guide provides new users with a high-level overview of ATOmate.

What is ATOmate?

The ATOmate Dashboard
Practice users access ATOmate via a web browser and must log in using their credentials, following by multi factor authentication. After logging in, users will be taken to the ATOmate Dashboard, which acts as the central hub for managing client communications and modifying customisable settings and preferences. The options available on the Dashboard may differ based on your Practice configuration and assigned access level. The interface will look similar to the screenshot provided below.
We offer Help Guides and eLearning courses that deliver comprehensive user support for all ATOmate features and functions.
User Roles
In ATOmate, we have two distinct user roles: the general user and the super user.
The general user has basic access, allowing them to interact with the ATOmate’s core features, and perform day-to-day tasks.
The super user holds advanced privileges, including the ability to access and alter system configurations, manage user accounts.
This separation of roles ensures that while standard users can use the system effectively, only super users have the control necessary to maintain and adjust the ATOmate’s settings. This structure helps maintain security and operational stability.
Super users can also perform day-to-day tasks in ATOmate.
The General User
The role of a general user is to work in the ATOmate platform to action correspondence to clients. All users have their own unique login to the ATOmate Dashboard (Multi-Factor Authentication is mandatory). Each user’s dashboard may look different according to user and practice settings.
The Super User
Selecting the right person in your practice to be the Super User is critical to the onboarding process and success of ATOmate.
The Super User role is recommended to be one of the following roles in a practice:
Director/Partner
Practice Manager/Operations Manager
Administration Manager
Senior Administrator
A Super User should not be:
Junior Administrator
New team members (or with limited industry experience)
Internal or External IT
Team members opening or processing mail
