Managing SMSF User Access in ATOmate

Overview

Access to the SMSF queue is exclusively granted by the Super User. By default, newly created Users or Super Users do not have access to or visibility of the SMSF Queue.

As a Super User, you have the ability to grant yourself access if required.

Please review the instructions provided below for both the Basic and Advanced Workflow. Choose the option that best fits your practice:

In ATOmate, navigate to SETTINGS and then click on the ACCOUNTING tab.

To grant access to the SMSF Queue, locate the SMSF Reviewer box and select the desired User or Super User. Ensure you click UPDATE after making these changes.

Only Users/Super Users who have accepted their login invitation will appear in the SMSF Reviewer box and be available to be selected.

The SMSF Queue only has a Reviewer option

In ATOmate, navigate to Advanced Workflow Menu.

Click on the ASSIGN button for the relevant group that you would like to assign the User/Super User to have access and visibility over.

From here, you need to select the Reviewer and Sender.

  • In the Reviewer box, select the user you would like to grant access to the SMSF Queue.

Only Users/Super Users who have accepted their login invitation will appear in the SMSF Reviewer box and be available to be selected.

  • In the Sender box, select the required user. If you require a different sender the main practice sender, you will need to add a User signature for the SMSF team. https://baw.atlassian.net/wiki/x/HoBMGw .

  • Ensure you click Save & back after making these entries.

The SMSF Queue only has a Reviewer option
