Nimbus DMS Guide
Overview
Without ATOmate, archiving client ATO correspondence is a heavily manual and time consuming process. A major benefit of ATOmate is that it can automatically archive the ATO documents it has processed. For Nimbus users, this means you should have a significantly reduced need to manually archive items.
For ATOmate to archive these documents directly to Nimbus, your ATOmate Onboarding Specialist will require some information from you.
Information Required
Your will need some key information in order to complete the connection between your Nimbus portal and ATOmate:
Staff URL (website) for Nimbus.
An API account needs to be created for ATOmate in Nimbus
Whilst creating the User account - ensure you tick the API User box so as to not utilise one of your paid licenses
If you have restricted clients set up this user must have access to those clients to enable any documents processed to save without issues
A client to be created in your Practice Management System named ‘Unknown ATOmate Client’
This should be setup as a company
Use our ABN 16 629 822 671 (Business Automation Works / ATOmate)
Below is an example of one of the structures ATOmate can save into.
For more information about how ATOmate automates the archiving process, please refer to DMS Field Mappingsarchived.
